The problem
A leak at the nozzle or inside a hot runner system covers plates, wiring and guide pillars with molten plastic. Cleaning, dismantling and lost production follow. AIRTECT raises the alarm while the leak is still small.
LA500 and LM2050 alarm displays
The display cycles through the active alarms: leak at the nozzle, leak in zone #1, #2 or #3. Operators see the fault in plain text instead of searching for it.
